Our valued partnerships help provide essential services for family caregivers.

Partnerships with area organizations are essential for Caregiver Connect to effectively fulfill its mission of providing support to family caregivers. Collaborating with local agencies, healthcare providers and community groups enables Caregiver Connect to help family caregivers learn about local support. The partnerships create a community of resources that enhance the quality of care for care receivers. These joint efforts allow Caregiver Connect to inform the family caregiver about medical topics, county/city services, 60+ county offerings, education about insurance, the importance of having up-to-date legal documents, and other aging topics. Additionally, these collaborations help raise awareness about the challenges family caregivers face, encourages them to spend time with each other and to realize that they are not alone. Our working with these valued partners is crucial to our organization’s ongoing success.
